2. User Responsibilities

3. Refund Policy

SmartMaxAcc is committed to satisfaction and clarity regarding cancellations and refunds. The policy varies by offering type:

3.1 Professional Services

Requests for cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before a scheduled session. Approved cancellations qualify for a full refund via the original payment method or may be transferred to another date at no additional cost. Customized engagement packages are non-refundable due to the bespoke effort involved.

3.2 Digital Training Materials

If you have not accessed or downloaded the course materials, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed back to the initial payment source within 10 business days. Transfers to another digital course are not available.

3.3 Physical Products

Unused goods in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Refunds will be issued to the original payment source within 15 business days after we receive the returned item.
